My curiosity about animal behavior means that I am always striving to learn and improve!

In addition to my 20+ year career leading academic research into animal behavior and ecology, over the past 5+ years I have been gaining further education in animal training and behavior consulting.

Animal training is an unregulated industry, so it is important that you choose a trainer who is certified by an accredited organization that requires both rigorous testing to achieve the certification and continuing education to retain the certification. I am certified by the Karen Pryor Academy, which fulfills both of these requirements.
